Q1: I am having problems seeing the demo. What can I do?
A1: You may need to download the most recent version of Flash Player. The Flash Player software is free from Adobe and can be downloaded from: Adobe Flash Player Download Center

Q2: What is the best screen resolution to view my scrapbook on the computer?
A2: I recommend setting your monitor display setting resolution to 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 800.

Q3: When I viewed the demo on the web site there was a slight delay of the images displaying on some of the pages, why is that?
A3: Because the pages are saved as individual images, the sizes of these images are very large. The delay occurs when downloading these large images from the server. This delay will not occur when viewing your scrapbook on disc.

Q4: I would like to have the ability to share my book on the Internet via a link. Is this possible?
A4: At this time Scrapbooks Captured does not offer this service. You can however copy the needed files from your disc to your personal web site to display your scrapbook.

Q5: Why does my disc include both a ".html" and an ".exe" file?
A5: When the disc is inserted in your computer the ".exe" file automatically plays. This ".exe" file includes the Flash Player software to view your scrapbook. The ".html" file requires the Flash Player software on your computer to view your scrapbook. The Flash Player software is free from Adobe and can be downloaded from: Adobe Flash Player Download Center
You would also link to the ".html" file if you would be setting up your scrapbook on your personal web site.

Q6: I put my purchased DVD disc in my DVD player attached to my TV and it would not play, why?
A6: The DVD disc is not a movie DVD it is a DVD data disc and will only play on your computer if you have a DVD drive. If a DVD disc was ordered in error, recontact me for a CD disc.
